Morgan State University Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management

The first completed project on Morgan State’s West Campus is this 131,000 SF Business and Management Complex to support the University’s programs, services and activities related to business and management. The complex creates learning, working, and service environments consistent with high academic standards and incorporates technology assisted instruction. This building includes a Center for Innovation, 299 seat auditorium, lecture hall, seminar rooms, two outreach centers, classrooms, computer labs, a real-time Capital Markets stock trading center, demonstration kitchen, and 10 functional hotels rooms for the hospitality management program. A pedestrian bridge spanning 660 feet across Hillen Road connects the facility to the main campus. The project has been certified LEED Gold.
