Design of this $21M, 52,000 gsf building, which is located at the corner of Georgia and Burlington Avenues in South Silver Spring, contains two performance spaces – a 500-seat music and dance theater (available to the public) with a state-of-the-art stage and acoustics and a 100-seat thrust stage theater, which is used Communications and Performing Arts Department for performances.  The facility also includes a classroom space for speech, theater, film, music and dance theory instruction and provides office space for Campus Safety and Security and Physical Education programs.
