University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Bio-Sciences Tower, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
This 130,000 s.f, $40,000,000 project consists of a new research tower to be connected to Salk Hall creating research laboratories and ancillary space for the Schools of Dental Medicine, Pharmacy and Graduate School of Public Health. The new facility will be located on a steeply sloped site adjacent to Salk Hall, and will redefine the campus spaces and entrances for this area of the campus. The building will be multi-story with uphill portions below grade. It is expected that the new building and Salk Hall will be connected via pedestrian bridge.

Wor-Wic Community College Allied Health Building, Salisbury, Maryland
Project to include the design and construction of a three-story, 49,141 s.f. Allied Health Building to include 39 offices, three classrooms, nine laboratories, one meeting room, conference space, student study space, testing space, and electronic library (resource center), classroom and laboratory storage space, student lounge, and central computer service space.

Pennsylvania State University, Blue Band Building, University Park, Pennsylvania
23,000 s.f., single story practice facility for the Penn State Blue Band. The facility features a high ceiling and consists of office space, indoor practice areas, activity areas, storage, and support areas. The Hazmat Response Team facility includes a 1,500 s.f. high bay truck/ equipment storage area and a 1,500 s.f. training/classroom wing.
