University of Maryland Physical Sciences Complex Phase 1, College Park, Maryland
The scope of work for this project includes a 142,200 s.f. facility to house state-of-the-art research labs, offices, conference rooms, lounge and other support space. The new facility will be adjacent and connected to the CSS Building. The new facility will utilize 2,000 s.f. of an existing Satellite Central Utility Building (SCUB) in the CSS Building resulting in an effective total size of 144,400 s.f.

University of Maryland South Campus Commons Student Housing Building 7, College Park, Maryland
Project to be a nine story mixed-use development to include housing for 376 students, associated support spaces and extension and relocation of utilities. The site is located south of the SCC Building 6/Lehuigh Road and north of Mowatt Lane. The architectural concept would feature apartment-style housing, common spaces, lobbies, lounges and offices. Due to existing grades, this building is configured as an off-hill structure with partial basement. The project would be developed to be LEED certified.

Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Graduate Student Housing, Baltimore, Maryland
Scope to include design of a 280,000 s.f., 28 story graduate residential building, with partial basement. The high rise residential building would include 300 units and provide 580 beds. The project features ground level retail space and fitness center, entrance lobby, mechanical/electrical rooms, and administrative offices. A free standing parking structure is planned for future construction immediately adjacent to this building.
