The new Student Services Center is located southwest of the new Somerset Hall Expansion and northeast of Caroline Hall on the campus of St. Mary’s College of Maryland in St. Mary’s City, Maryland. The Center at includes a two story, 26,000 s.f. office building with a tiered conference room. The new facility is to house residential life, career services, academic student services, administrative offices, a tiered media services facility, interactive conference room, and offices for the registrar, financial aid and cashier/bursar.

Building design is intended to qualify for a LEED Silver Certification with the Green Building Council.
