Design of a 52,000 s.f. multi-level Stadium Building which features 6,000 bleacher seats, equipment storage, locker rooms, weight room, and mechanical spaces. The scope also includes structural design for the Maintenance Building, Methane Collection Building and Ticket Pavilion. The Maintenance Building is a 1000 s.f. facility housing restrooms, athletic storage, garage space, chemical storage, and electric room. The 3,000 s.f. Methane Collection Building features a hip roof and houses mechanical equipment. The Ticket Pavilion is a 700 s.f. building featuring cantilever canopies and long span conditions at the ticket booths. Structural framing would be a combination of structural steel, precast concrete and masonry bearing walls. A foundation system of shallow spread footings is anticipated.
