New construction of a 160,000 s.f. academic building to support the college's academic program related to health and human services. The facility would house state-of-the-art technology based classrooms, lecture halls, learning centers, laboratory/observation suites, conference rooms, and clinical facilities for the Divisions of Graduate Studies and the Division of Nursing, as well as Criminal Justice, Social Work, Applied Psychology and Rehabilitation Counseling Departments.
