Located in the heart of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, the historic Power Plant now accommodates 128,000 s.f. of mixed retail, restaurants, entertainment and office space. Tenants include the premiere ESPN Zone, Barnes and Noble Booksellers, Hard Rock Café, Arthur Anderson and Gold’s Gym.

The structural renovations included extensive demolition of the existing interior steel and concrete framing, and the introduction of new multi-level composite steel framing, columns, deep foundations, transfer framing, elevators and escalators. Portions of the front façade were removed to add architectural impact and to provide exterior balconies for new tenants.
