This seven story life sciences building with a total area of 320,000 s.f. above grade, and one level partially below grade is bounded by Madison Street, Ashland Avenue and Wolfe Street. The project also includes a pedestrian bridge connecting the new life sciences building to the existing Johns Hopkins Medical Center. The Ground Level features the lobby, retail space, mechanical spaces, life science support space and the loading dock. A mechanical penthouse is fashioned on Level Seven. The project will be “core and shell” construction. The building will accommodate multiple tenants.
