The Centerpoint project consists of mixed-use development and restoration of a prime block in West Downtown Baltimore. The focus of Centerpoint is the seventeen-story, 315,00 s.f. tower containing residential, parking and retail space. The ten-story, 210,000 s.f. parking garage expands outside of the tower, featuring a rooftop pool, lower level court yard and a partial basement Service Yard accessed from the street.

Structural elements involved in Centerpoint include transfer girders fashioned to allow circulation in the service yard, garage entrance and corner retail entrance, as well as new foundations to address the subway tunnel running across and adjacent to the site.
