This project consists of a four-star quality, full-service convention-oriented headquarters hotel on a 4.5 acre City-owned site north of Oriole Park at Camden Yards featuring a minimum of 750 guest rooms, approximately 62,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting space, structured parking of approximately 600 spaces, street-level retail and outdoor public spaces and an enclosed pedestrian bridge across Howard Street connecting the Project to the Baltimore Convention Center. The development of this hotel will address Baltimore’s need to preserve its position in the group meeting market and create overflow business to other downtown hotels.
