Carroll County’s new 41,000 s.f. District Court Building will provide two new courtrooms and office space for the Public Defender, Juvenile Justice, and Department of General Services for the residents of Carroll County.

The structural program required flexibility in the building frame to accommodate the future conversion of office space into two new courtrooms. The lobby entrance features a vaulted ceiling which opens into a glass cupola.
