Since joining HFA in 2006, Tom has managed the design and coordination of several high profile projects, including laboratory, classroom and athletic facilities for university campuses across the region, including several with construction budgets more than $100 million. With more than 20 years of experience, Tom has been involved in the structural design and evaluation of structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and wood structures across multiple market sectors. His experience includes significant new construction, renovations and structural evaluations of commercial, institutional and educational facilities. Tom holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from Penn State.
